GM Points

Additional Terms governing GM Points

GM Points are virtual items with no monetary value, provided solely for promotional and entertainment purposes. They cannot be purchased with money or any other form of consideration and are earned solely through specified activities within our platform. GM Points do not represent the issuance of a security, currency, or any form of financial instrument. They do not confer any rights, ownership, security interests, or economic interest in Midas or any affiliated products or services, nor do they entitle users to any share of profits, revenues, or assets of the company. Holding GM Points does not create any fiduciary or advisory relationship between the user and Midas.

Users acknowledge that GM Points carry no expectation of profit or financial gain and cannot be converted into cash, digital assets, or any other form of value, now or in the future. There is no potential for appreciation, and GM Points will not increase in value over time.

GM Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged on any platform or secondary market. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer GM Points will be null and void and may result in forfeiture of the GM Points and possible account termination.

We reserve the right to credit or debit GM Points from your account at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to account activity, compliance with these Terms and Conditions, correction of errors, or operational considerations. This may occur with or without prior notice to you.

Users in the United States have no claim or entitlement to GM Points. By accessing or using GM Points, you represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. person and are not located in the United States. We reserve the right to restrict access to GM Points where use would be illegal or otherwise restricted.

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the GM Points program at any time and for any reason, which may result in the cancellation of unredeemed GM Points without prior notice. Use of the GM Points program is at your sole risk. The program and all services offered in connection with it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of GM Points complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use GM Points. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
