Jurisdiction

Global investors (individuals or entities) can acquire tokens through the primary market on midas.app. This excludes the US, China, sanctioned countries, and individuals in the UK.

KYC/KYB and AML Screening

Acquiring Midas products through midas.app requires a KYC/KYB process and wallet screening.

Midas tokens are permissionless on the secondary market, meaning you can acquire them outside of midas.app without going through the verification process.

Minimum amounts

Investors using midas.app must invest a minimum value of $120,000 for their first transaction. There are no minimums for subsequent transactions and redemptions.

Professional Investors under MiFID are exempt from any minimums.
